Delivery & Return Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Qatar.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 24 to 72 hours
• Delivery time may vary depending on location, product availability, or public holidays

3. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed via phone call, WhatsApp, or email
• Orders will be processed only after confirmation

4. Delivery Charges

• Free delivery for orders above QAR 100
• Orders below this amount may include a delivery fee

5. Delivery Attempts

• If the customer is unavailable, we will attempt delivery again
• If unreachable after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect address
• Customer not responding
• External factors such as weather, traffic, or courier issues

7. Receiving Orders

• Please check your order at the time of delivery
• If any issue is found, inform the delivery agent immediately

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• The item is damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The item is not as described

2. Return Time

Return requests must be made within 7 to 14 days of delivery.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged items after delivery
• Clearance or sale items
• Opened hygiene-related products

5. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after inspection
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit
• Processing time is 3 to 7 working days

6. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose a product replacement of the same or a similar item.

7. Return Shipping

• Free return shipping for defective or wrong items
• The customer may pay return shipping for other reasons

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
